Payment Processing
If you purchase tickets or enrol for courses on-line, your payment details are processed through a third-party secure server payment gateway (such as WorldPay).Your credit/debit card details will only be retained by the third-party secure server payment gateway (such as WorldPay) and its acquiring bank. In the case of a suspected fraudulent transaction, card details may be disclosed to us for the sole purpose of performing further checks, but we are not permitted to retain these details after the checks have been made.
Refund Policy
Where we are able to resell tickets and course places etc we will refund the amount paid less 15% to cover costs if payment has been made through a third-party, and 10% where payment was been made direct to us. Non-arrival for a show or course or event, or where insufficient notice of cancellation is provided, or we find re-selling impossible for whatever reason, invalidates any potential for refund.E-mail lists
If you express interest in our services or join any of our e-mail lists you will from time to time automatically receive information from us such as e-mail newsletters about those areas of interest.Unsubscribing
