Joel Dommett ("Manically funny act": E4 Skins; face of MTV)

 

Joel Dommett started stand up in 2007.  Soon he was a finalist in the English Comedian of the Year, won Stand up and Coming New act of the year 2008, and the Comedy Cafe New Competition 5 times, before gigging around the world and on tour.

In the last few years he has had comedy roles on E4's Skins, BBC2′s Popatron, did stand up on Russell Howard's Good News and has been presenting the news everyday on MTV.  He also worked on the live new Channel 4 Aftershow, Live in Chelsea, How to Survive a Disaster Movie (Channel 5), and the very successful Impractical Jokers (BBC3).

 

Joel has a number of Edinburgh Fringe solo shows to his credit which achieved 5star reviews.
