Amused Moose Comedy's NATIONAL NEW COMIC AWARD 2019:
SemiFinal 2, hosted by MARK DOLAN with Maisie Adam

This evening you can vote for six very entertaining semifinalists onstage at Soho's upmarket boutique Karma Sanctum Hotel, in the swanky Variety Screening Room, who have already won through from hundreds in the qualifying rounds, and are in the top 5% of emerging comedy talent!  So you're in for a treat at the coolest comedy night in town, hosted by C4's Balls of Steel and The Jump MARK DOLAN, with special guest MAISIE ADAM - winner of 2018's shiny moose trophy.

Tonight's semifinalists Jamie dSouza, Lily Phillips, Mamoun Elegab, Ruby Carr, Stuart McPherson and Vitaly Flipsky are eager to win your votes to set them on their way to the Final at the Edinburgh Fringe in August where finalists battle for fame and a shiny moose trophy, previously won by Jack Whitehall, Sarah Millican and Rob Beckett, with finalists including Josh Widdicombe, Romesh Ranganathan, Katherine Ryan, Jimmy Carr and Greg Davies.

If you'd like to see a couple of those finalists who are now rather famous,

"An atmosphere which is both intimate and unfailingly professional ... in the plush setting that deters the lairier elements of a night-out crowd": Chortle.co.uk

Delight not only in tonight's mirthmakers in this trendsetting hotel which combines a showbiz vibe with the ambience of a private members club, but also enjoy some time at the rooftop bar* before showtime and long afterwards too, where you can choose from an extensive winelist, and a range of cocktails and beers.

Showtime is 7.30pm until about 10pm; the comedy room with its own bar opens at 7.15pm, but you can arrive from 5pm and relax on the rooftop*

Tickets: £8 Earlybird tickets, to £10 (any unsold tickets: £10 cash/contactless on-the-door).

Venue: Karma Sanctum Hotel, 20 Warwick Street, Soho, W1B 5NF.
TUBES: Piccadilly Circus and Oxford Circus are only minutes away.
There is a free cloakroom at the hotel reception, and the venue is airconditioned.
It is totally wheelchair accessible (please notify comedy@amusedmoose.com beforehand) except the rooftop bar.

Seating: If you'd like to sit with friends who will arrive separately, someone should arrive when the doors open and know the number of seats that the group will need.

Unusually in comedy clubs, 14-17 year olds are very welcome, as are birthday groups but see Small Print below.

* The rooftop bar is not wheelchair accessible.
