Amused Moose National New Comic Award: Grand Final
Vote alongside dozens of international talentscouts for 2020’s hottest breakthrough stars in the making, who battle for glory, fame and the shiny moose trophy, at the heart of the Edinburgh Fringe.
Eight truly outstanding finalists, including Edinburgh's Connor Burn, Nelson Gombakomba from Norwich, Manchester's Lew Fitz, plus Londoners Bennet Kavanagh, Jenan Young and Kathryn Mather beat hundreds of new comedians from around the country, and then at semifinals in London, to win through to this respected award's final.
Previous winners and finalists include: Jack Whitehall, Sarah Millican, Josh Widdicombe, Nina Conti, Greg Davies, Jimmy Carr, Rob Beckett, Katharine Ryan, Kevin Bridges, Romesh Ranganathan, Rhod Gilbert and Maisie Adam. (www.amusedmoose.com/awards has information about entering for 2021)
